- Perform DB Pension Termination/Retirement/Death/Marriage Breadkdown Calculations
- Perform DB Pension cyclical batch processes (PA, PAR, Annual Statements, Valuation Data Requests)
- Respond to escalated participant/member issues, inquires and requests
- Consult with participants/members on pension plan provisions and payment elections
- Review participant/member data and clean it up if information is missing or inaccurate
- Maintain client databases and benefit calculation log and workflows
- Coordinate monthly pension payments with trustee
- Assist with the testing of the system for new clients according to the plan provisions and administrative requirements


- Ideally a minimum of 2 years relevant Pension Administration experience (but will look at comparable experience).
- Post-secondary education (Actuarial science or math courses would be beneficial)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Computer skills including advanced experience with Excel and Access
- Good communication skills combined with a client service-orientation
- Detail oriented
- French would be a definite asset but not a necessity
