Description
Responsibilities
* Assists customers by phone, webchat or electronic correspondence
* Troubleshoots and plans resolution to the customer's needs by using the appropriate support tools
* Builds knowledge of clients, services and processes, products, and CS support tools.
* Identify customer's needs and plan resolution
* Makes outbound/follow-up calls, including providing resolution and requested information.
* Investigates issues by interacting with client/client team and attend to administrative tasks related to the case management and resolution
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent or a high school diploma with two years customer service related experience
* Previous benefits and/or HR experience is a plus.
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
* Previous benefits and/or HR experience is a plus.
* Experience with desktop applications in a Windows environment, navigation and keyboarding
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Genuine desire and commitment to serving customers
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Comfortable working in a structured fast paced changing environment
* Ability to handle high volume and pressure situations.
* Flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to recognize the need to change priorities to meet the business needs.
* Ability to work various shifts and possible overtime to meet business needs
