Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Associate Casualty Broker in our Boston, MA office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the senior brokers
* Submission prep
* Compile exposure data
* Loss Information gathering and summarizing (need to be proficient with excel)
* Quote comparisions
* GRIP / QDR Preparation and completion
* LN40 – Billing
* Policy Auditing/Review and checking
* Basic computer skills/ability to enter/manage internal placement program information;
* Prior experience with Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, Umbrella Liability, and Commercial Property and General Liability Packages is preferred.
* Strong "Microsoft Office Suite" skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral;
* Broker license or ability to obtain;
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
* Basic insurance classes
