Leverage your strong payroll implementation, time & attendance and client-facing skills along with your passion for excellence in payroll delivery, people leadership and customer satisfaction in this fast-paced management role!
As the Time and Labor Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Provide multi-client and multi-platform (PeopleSoft, ADP and Cyborg) team with effective training, development and direction enabling them to meet departmental goals, performance standards and to improve individual competence levels and ability to progress.
* Regularly audit a variety of query/programs to verify the integrity of Payroll Systems.
* Work independently with the team members in a professional and competent manner to ensure the required objectives are met.
*Provide leadership with an emphasis on team development in order to achieve departmental performance goals and SLA's.
* Consult with individuals to obtain the required information for the development of new programs or changes to the existing ones, testing and executing approved implementation plans.
* Act as back up to colleagues and direct reports during absences.
* Ensure that all Key Metrics are being met or exceeded and that the Service Level Agreements are being met.
* Document solutions and identified gaps, as well as qualitative and quantitative financial impact studies and benefit analysis.
*Effectively manage customer expectations ensuring projects are delivered within scope.

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 + years Time and Attendance operational experience
* Experience implementing or working with packaged HRMS systems(PeopleSoft, Kronos, Lawson, Oracle, SAP)
* Technical background in areas of SQL, Programming or experience with 4GL language is preferred
* Background in HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance (Time and Labour), and/or Scheduling
* Knowledge of HR and Payroll policies, procedures and systems as it relates to time and attendance i.e. ADP, Ceridian, Pro Business, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to perform project control activities, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports, meeting minutes and coordinating staffing activities using a shared resource pool
* Proven ability to manage customer expectations, deliver projects within scope and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success
* Must be comfortable working with end users, middle level managers, and C-level executives in this process.
* Proven success managing multiple, complex, simultaneous projects.
* Ability to effectively lead a team multi-client and multi platform delivery team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Works well under pressure and handles crisis situations effectively and professionally
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Preferred CPM Certification
