§ Helps plan and coordinate special events (outings, celebrations), seminars and webcasts (internal and external), with the assistance of other colleagues in the marketing/communication group. May be required to be onsite at some events to setup, run and tear down, so flexibility in schedule is an asset.
§ Acts as backup translation coordinator (vacation/illness coverage)

Education/ Certifications/ Work Experience Required
§ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
§ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
§ High School diploma or equivalent
§ Typing accurate at 55 WPM
§ Bilingual would be an asset
