Compliance Manager

Job description:

  • Establish and maintain compliance related framework, policies and procedures for all Aon entities in Singapore
  • Support business initiatives which includes provide regulatory advisory support to business
  • Perform compliance reviews, including balanced scorecard reviews, and pro-actively identify compliance risks
  • Conduct Compliance trainings and/or develop e-learning compliance related training materials 
  • Liaison officer with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
  • Assess the implication of new/ impending regulations and advise the business of the impact
  • Direct the implementation of any gaps identified and follow-through to ensure they are successfully closed
  • Prepare management reports to the Regional Compliance and/or to Business leaders
  • Support the Regional Compliance team in compliance operational matters relating to Anti-Corruption program
  • Secretary of the Compliance Committee meeting 
  • Any other projects or tasks as assigned by the Compliance Director, Singapore

Job requirement:

  •  At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Legal 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Strong analytical and writing skills 
  • Ability to work independently and interact with people at all levels
  • A strong team player who is confident, motivated, possesses initiative and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
