Broker Support

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

-Work across broking team to support broker and other team members 

-Engage in general management of broking support role including drafting slips, cover notes, endorsement and reinsurance contracts. 

-Produce and prepare statistical report of premium, risk and loss profile, claim, cash call, large loss and special acceptance for reinsurance treaty renewal 

-Monitor/review technical position of treaty accounts and premium adjustments in accordance with the contract 

-Prepare Monthly/Quarterly reports to management 

-Ensure company and client’s related document is issued accurately and on time (both internally and externally) 

-Provide administrative support for capturing, maintaining and loading of records into the system

-Coordinate across all functions of the local and regional team 

Qualifications & Skills: 

-University graduate 

-At least 2 years of working experience in Insurance/Reinsurance 

-Technical knowledge of the insurance industry 

-Knowledge of Reinsurance Treaty, Claims, Reinsurance Accounting is a plus 

-Computer skills in MS Office suites 

-Ability to work to tight deadlines 

-Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills 

-Good command of both spoken and written English
