Job Description


The Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) provides high quality risk and insurance advisory and placement service to some of the largest global corporate organizations in the world.

The successful candidate will provide service for a portfolio of inward global accounts with the following key responsibilities:

Co-servicing major accounts with Team Leader
  • Work with overseas Aon Producing Offices to service local operations of multinational companies, such as
  • Setting service scope and fee
  • Coordinate with and report to Aon Producing Offices
  • Administer covers provided by global insurance programs
  • Communicate client’s global risk management philosophy to local client
Local broking services
  • Advise client on risk and general insurance issues
  • Advise on the local statutory insurance requirements
  • Place and manage insurance program
  • Review client’s contractual insurance requirements
  • Initiate invoicing and collect premiums and fees
  • Issue certificates of insurance
Act as Regional Coordinator for major accounts with operations in APAC
Achieve organic business growth target within existing portfolio
Any other duties assigned

The successful candidate will be required to work both independently and as a team which provides opportunities for knowledge sharing, learning and career advancement.

  • Min Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • General Insurance academic qualifications, ACII would be advantageous
  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A strong team player
