Senior Consultant (Human Capital Solution)

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

The Senior Consultant, Human Resources, Rewards will provide consultation services to clients, delivering high quality, effective solutions in the areas of rewards, benefits, and performance management. This job involves the successful completion of end-to-end jobs 

-Manage projects independently, meeting desired quality, timeliness and profitability targets 

-Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the areas of rewards/benefit surveys, designing of salary structures, variable pay, conducting job evaluation and job levelling, and designing of performance management system 

-Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated 

-Work with other consultants to develop client solutions and recommendations related to compensation, benefits, and performance management 

-Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team 

-Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships 

Qualifications & Skills: 

-Degree (preferably in related fields of interested position) 

-At least 6 years of experience in human resources area 

-Prefer consulting and corporate background 

-Excellent English & Thai communication, especially report writing 

-Strong analytical and organizational skills 

-Need to do end-to-end project (present to client and do operation) 

-Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills 

-Experienced salary surveys, C&B, Salary Structure, and Performance Management
