Job Description


 Provide service for a portfolio of assigned accounts with the following key responsibilities:

 a) Corporate/Commercial Client Servicing 

  • Understand client’s business strategy and operations so as to be able to identify areas where Aon could provide value in a holistic manner
  • Derive and set service scope and expectations
  • Perform analysis of cilent’s risk and loss data
  • Advise client on risk management and risk transfer issues
  • Advise on the local statutory insurance requirements
  • Strategize, place and manage insurance renewals
  • Collaborate with various Aon specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate solutions for clients, including cutting edge solutions to address high value risks
  • Work with other Aon offices in the region to deliver consistent service to client’s operations outside of Singapore
  • Review client’s contractual insurance requirements 
  • Program management

b) AGCN Client Servicing

  • Work with overseas Aon Producing Offices to service local operations of multinational companies, such as
  • Setting service scope and fee 
  • Coordinate with and report to Aon Producing Offices
  • Administer covers provided by global insurance programs
  • Communicate client’s global risk management philosophy to local client
  • Advise client on risk management and risk transfer issues
  • Advise on the local statutory insurance requirements
  • Place and manage insurance program
  • Review client’s contractual insurance requirements 
  • Support senior colleagues on complex accounts, e.g. Regional Coordination
  • Perform analysis of client’s risk and loss data
  • Utilize cutting edge Global Account Management (GAMS) system to deliver best in class global program service

 c) Affinity Client Servicing

  • Support Team Leader on understanding client’s needs and develop effective and efficient solutions that comply with insurance regulations.
  • Work with insurers to structure product features, parameters, processes, and negotiate competitive premiums and placements for clients.
  • Work with client to develop and implement product marketing plans, campaigns and materials to help achieve client’s business targets.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of program 
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve program performance

 d) Comply with company procedures and processes

  • Bachelor Degree
