Senior Business Analyst

Job Description


This colleague will work alongside Operational colleagues in the UK and form part of the Business Operations Support team.



  •  Supporting the Head of Business Operations support with reporting and data analysis
  • Revenue Scheduling working in collaboration with onshore colleagues to input scheduled records following analysis undertaken in London
  • Provide Board and Executive Metrics pulling and analysing data from various dashboard
  • Analyse metrics and provide insights on root causes and areas to be improved
  • Work with ABS and IT colleagues to automate current reporting and improve processes
  • Support the monthly review of P&Ls with business operations and finance business partner
  • Assisting in the upload of budgets to GRiDS
  • Monitor and identify ways to improve Free Cash Flow, working with the Finance Team and colleagues across the UK
  • Produce key metrics to measure performance of the overall end to end process
  • Assist in Revenue Forecast production and Revenue Walk
  • Running weekly/quarterly utilisation reports and insights for digital broking
  • Work with colleagues and leaders across teams to produce a ‘Balanced Scorecard’ to show strengths, weaknesses, development areas and achievements for the UK teams
  • Analysis of Asian market performance (e.g. payment performance of reinsurers across classes of business/clients
  • Support teams with maintaining and monitoring their sales pipeli



  • Experience in using new systems and technology for data analysis and mining
  • Very Good communication skills and able to liaise with multiple stakeholder
  • Experience in data analysis and working with numbers
  • Fluent English
  • Desire to learn and adaptable
  • Data analysis including Excel Pivot Tables
