We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to join our Reward Solutions practice based in London and specialising in in financial services. 

 

The role will have responsibility for advising Remuneration Committees, Boards and senior management on remuneration policy and design to help companies create stakeholder value, manage investor relations, comply with corporate governance and regulation of remuneration.  Specific projects could include incentive design, choosing and setting performance targets, packages for joiners and leavers and remuneration benchmarking.  We help companies undergoing change from start-ups, IPOs, disposals and acquisitions.

 

The Reward Solutions team is part of the wider Human Capital Solutions practice, helping clients deliver sustained business performance through their people.  The practice advises on a portfolio of Reward, Assessment and Performance solutions, led by expert advisors supported by proprietary data and analytics.

About the Role

 

As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will include provision of Executive Compensation consulting services to a broad client base and supporting client engagements involving design, assessment and advice.

The individual must possess experience in the building of significant relationships with individuals within Executive Compensation/or HR.

The requirement is for an individual who has strong technical Executive Compensation expertise including financial services remuneration regulation and is looking to utilise those skills in a consulting environment that will deliver revenue opportunities for the Reward Solutions team.

Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

  

About you

 

As a Senior Consultant your skills and qualifications will include:

 

Previous experience providing executive compensation advice and consulting services is essential. Financial services experience is desirable, but training can be provided to suitable candidates who have not worked in the sector previously.

A thorough understanding of compensation and the issues affecting reward structures.

Sales experience with proven success.

Experience leading projects and engagements.

Degree qualified.

Strong presentation and communications skills (both verbal and written).
