Aon is looking for a Risk Management Analyst/Consultant I

Your impact as a Risk Management Analyst/Consultant I


Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the coordination of weekly open issue escalation call agendas including follow up
  • Assist the team in managing daily inquiries sent to the HB Risk Management mailbox
  • Assist the team in managing end to end Sourcing review and approval process which includes:
  • Manage and track all incoming requests to pay a third-party provider for services or use of commissions for nonstandard services
  • Review client agreements, plan documents, and scope of services to assess the request
  • Determine permissibility of spends where commissions are involved
  • Compile documents and draft a summary of findings for Risk Management team to approve
  • Communicate final decision and next steps with client team contact
  • Follow up with client team contacts regarding open issue resolution or to collect additional information
  • Review nonstandard Exhibit A services in H&B Consulting agreements  
  • Maintain Risk Management team SharePoint site updates
  • Execute miscellaneous monthly tasks as needed.
  • Other special projects as they arise

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise


Required Experience:


  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Proven project management skillset and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Prior experience working in consulting environment advantageous
  • Exposure to contract review is preferred but not required



  • Bachelor’s degree in revelant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.
