Aon are recruiting a Senior Client Manager, as part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our IP Solutions Risk& Insurance business group, in London. 

Your impact as Senior Client Manager

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Intellectual Property insurance marketplace, products and services, developing productive business relationships with the Global Broking Centre and their key insurance partners

Work with the Global Broking Center to help build and expand the insurance market in support of current and future intellectual property products

Establish understanding of claims administration process and utilise the claims and legal advocacy group for claim administration and counsel as per established protocols Utilise effective negotiation skills

Drive utilisation of all available technology to support the broking process and client service process

Develop, retain and grow clients/prospects

Replicate effective products/solutions and develop risk transfer opportunities

Facilitate the compilation of submission information in conjunction with appropriate external client contacts and internal Aon clients

Provide status updates and continuous support to clients throughout the lifecycle of client engagement, from initial engagement through to placement

Provide quality client service for assigned book of business including management of the billing, policy collection, review and transmittal process in accordance with established departmental service standards

Demonstrate ability with all elements of client presentations including technical writing and verbal presentation skills.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Intellectual Property consulting and risk management capabilities

Lead cross-sell initiatives of Intellectual Property Consulting services

Understand the causes of E&O and avoid and adopt practices to reduce exposure

 

You bring knowledge and expertise;

 

Experience in Professional Lines, Financial Lines or Intellectual Property insurance brokering/underwriting experience; or Intellectual Property legal experience

Sales Experience

Knowledge and interest around Intellectual Property

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to build relationships

Proficiency in more than one language (desired)
