The Opportunity


An exciting opportunity has become available for a hardworking and driven individual to join the ever-growing Aon Surety team, based in Sydney. In this role, you will be providing day-to-day client servicing with a focus on building effective stakeholder relationships.

Your dedication to providing a high-quality service to your clients will be what earns you respect, in return you will work alongside and learn from an experienced team of individuals that will ensure you have a long and successful career within Aon.


You will be responsible for:

  • End to end management of guarantee applications
  • Monitoring of exposure reports and proactive management of guarantee schedules
  • Requesting and collating renewal information
  • Management of invoicing and debtor management
  • Assisting clients with general surety queries


About You


This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter who possesses good organisational and problem-solving skills and a strong client focus.


Additionally, you will have the following:

  • Experience in the surety or banking industry in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of guarantee language
  • Exceptional relationship management capabilities with first-class communication presentation skills
  • Proven experience working in a fast moving professional environment
  • An innovative and collaborative approach with a team player mentality
  • Drive and passion to succeed and develop as an individual
