The Total Rewards Analytics Consultant works closely with the Total Rewards team across a portfolio of internal and client facing projects. The Analytics Consultant has responsibilities with workforce data and analytics, employee survey research related to Total Rewards programs, and work on cross-functional client team to support the development and execution of total rewards strategies and total rewards optimization studies.
Total Rewards Strategy and Optimization projects require a unique mix of ‘big picture’ thinking and data-driven mindset, data analytics and survey research skills.
We seek a candidate with good analytical and technical skills, experience with employee survey research, basic acumen of total rewards to support total rewards-related projects.
Individuals in this role:
Will lead data analysis of workforce and employee survey data, and total rewards optimization studies
work across teams to serve as the “technical expert” on total rewards strategy and optimization, starting off in a support role.
- Total Rewards Strategy and Optimization: using data analytics to support these studies; on-the-job learning to build confidence in Aon solutions through articulated and demonstrated subject matter
- Project Support: be part of a team to support client-related activities and the tasks to complete
- Data Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree MBA or Masters in Industrial Organization Psychology, HR management, is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience; previous consulting experience
- strong statistical, SPSS, sensitivity analysis, Excel skills
- Must exhibit a "developing" proficiency level with regards to consulting on HR Effectiveness, Engagement, Talent Management, Benefits and
