Aon are currently recruiting a Pensions Errors & Omissions Coordinator

to join our team in Birmingham. The Pensions Errors & Omissions Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the effective management of complaints and errors and omissions by working closely with stakeholders.  The E&O Co-ordinator will progress and close complex cases timely and identify process and service improvement opportunities.

About the Role


Your impact as a Pensions Errors & Omissions Coordinator


The E&O Co-ordinator will progress and close complex cases timely and identify process and service improvement opportunities. When delivering the aforementioned, you will create client value and deliver business results by targeting any number of the following benefits for Aon;

Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.



About you


Your knowledge and expertise:


Have previous experience in Pensions Benefit Administration

A good level of expertise working with Excel

An ability and willingness to build united working relationships to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various areas of Aon

Have credible relationship management skills to manage key stakeholders and challenging situations

An ability to analyse processes, identify risks and opportunities

Positively influence others, enabling innovation to bring our best solutions for Aon

Have an ability and willingness to own and lead projects on behalf of the E&O Team

Be an excellent communicator, confident to express own views and ideas

Be proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take ownership and deliver solutions

Have strong time management skills and be able to prioritise

An ability to share knowledge and impact with others

An ability to analyse error & omission data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Produce and communicate progress updates in a timely and professional manner

Drive a culture of continuous improvement

Support colleagues by giving constructive feedback and coaching to support the development of others

A determination to develop your own Aon Brand and that of the E&O Team

You will also actively seek to develop your own performance, skills and knowledge and have a self-awareness to maximise your potential and contribution to Aon
