Overall Job Purpose

 

Our Customer Service Team provides telephone, email and web chat support to the employees of our clients. They can contact us with queries related to the HR procedures or their employment benefits and we support them as main point of contact by guiding them through the use of the online benefit platform.

 

Challenges waiting for you:

 

• Provide high quality telephone and email support that meets the customers’ expectations
• Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution
• Be a first line of contact for our clients
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve stronger cases
• Meet deadlines with a fast-paced environment

 

Requirements:

 

• Very good knowledge of English and German - C1 minimum
• High motivation and strong customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic approach to team work and ability to cooperate efficiently as part of our multi-lingual Contact Centre
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools and Outlook
• Availability for full-time work from Monday till Friday
