Executive Compensation Consultant
We are currently looking for an Executive Compensation Consultant to join our Rewards Solutions practice based in London.
The Reward Solutions team is part of the wider Human Capital Solutions practice, who provide a portfolio of Rewards, Assessment and Performance solutions, fueled by expert advisors and proprietary people data and analytics, that help clients deliver sustained business performance through their people.
The Executive Compensation team advises clients (specifically the Remuneration Committees, Boards and senior management of subsidiaries and unlisted companies) on remuneration policy and design to help create stakeholder value and comply with relevant regulations.
The Executive Compensation team has specific focus in the Financial Services, Technology and Life Sciences sectors.

About the Role
Within this role you can expect early responsibility and exposure to clients and play a part in providing rewards solutions consulting services.
The role will have the following primary responsibilities;
Incentive design, market practice assessments, choosing and setting performance targets, advice on remuneration regulation and practice, packages for joiners and leavers and remuneration benchmarking.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Who we’re looking for?
Professional background - this could be Reward experience or other e.g. accountancy (ACA), CFA, MBA, actuarial or legal qualification.
Intellectual curiosity in executive compensation, supported by a strong academic background.
Commercial knowledge supported by strong data analysis/excel modelling.
Basic legal or regulatory background e.g. as part of professional qualification. An individual who is not phased when requested to do legal/regulatory/governance research.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
Professionalism and credibility for client facing consultancy role.
Strong verbal and written communication for executive level presentations.
Ability to manage a broad portfolio of clients/deliverables.
Direct experience in one of the focus sectors (FS, Technology, Life Sciences) is desirable – but training can be provided.
