What the day will look like
- Provide day-to-day cooperation and support to the Finance Business Partner responsible for overall financial oversight of assigned business units.
- Contribute to forecasting, planning and analysis for the business unit/area of responsibility.
- Assist in preparing monthly forecast updates for Senior Management, highlighting the company’s position relative to budget and forecast.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process, including designing of templates and the critical reviews of planning assumptions.
- Supporting the month-end close process from Controllership and FP&A perspectives (e.g. preparation of journal entries, bank and other accounts reconciliations).
- Oversee accounts payable, payments, accounts receivable, cash collection, and invoicing processes for assigned entities.
- Support the audit process and preparation of Financial Statements.
- Provide relevant and accurate financial analysis and updates on Revenue of dedicated Captive management departments and locations.
- Collaborate with the Business Partner, Country Leadership, and local teams to deliver analysis and insights that influence business decisions and drive financial performance.
- Support financial reviews of key initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance, including fees, revenue, and staff cost analyses.
- Prepare and submit financial information to the Regional/Group Head Office.
- Prepare ad hoc financial disclosures, reports, and analyses for the Finance Business Partner.
- Continuously maintain and improve processes supporting financial activities.

This role gives the Senior Financial Analyst responsibility for the maintaining the company’s, management and financial reporting and financial controls. Success in the role depends on your ability to co-operate with Finance Business Partner and Senior Management and provide accurate financial data that supports business needs.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ accounting experience (Controllership / FP&A)
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant would be a advantage
- Good knowledge of accountancy gained in a corporate and international environment
- Fluency in English
- TM1, Workday skills would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- An ability to continually seek to improve
- Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data, perform data reconciliations and present clear and concise analysis
- Ability to meet tight deadlines working independently with minimal supervision, as well as to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability and willingness to adjust working hours when required to meet tight reporting deadlines of a companies based in different time zone
