We are looking for a Head of Growth and Delivering Aon United to join us in our Bangkok, Thailand office. This role will be responsible for driving the growth plans for Aon Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Thailand growth plans including growth of existing and new clients, cross-Solution Line synergies and named strategies (e.g. MNC, ESG), works with Head of Thailand, Segment and Solution Line leadership teams to drive growth plan execution
  • Responsible for driving sales, with ultimate responsibility for the country sales targets.
  • Create and drive a sales culture in Thailand working with each of the business units.
  • Individual responsibility of generating c-suite relationships with clients across Thailand and supplying to the annual sales targets.
  • Partners with country leadership team to support client retention through DAU and drive profitable growth of clients
  • Manages a process to ensure country growth plan is implemented and prioritizes growth opportunities for clients and prospects that address both market opportunities and unmet client needs
  • Responsible to develop country plans, budgets, and targets for in-year and multi-year new business performance
  • Responsible to deliver quarterly Growth & DAU reviews for Thailand, inputs to the annual growth planning cycle within Thailand, leveraging best practice to deploy in country
  • Ensure the Aon sales process is applied consistently, including accurate pipeline management, monthly forecasting, and all sales activity management as required by the region
  • Partners with Marketing to develop and understand regional and globally aligned client needs to drive marketing and sales in Thailand, adapting to the local market as needed, ensuring activity is prioritized according to agreed revenue generating opportunities and quality standards

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Thailand market in terms of business i.e. market forces, business drivers
  • Thorough understanding of client business and risk issues
  • Passionate and entrepreneurial about delivering the best of the firm to clients
  • Deep understanding of trends and macroeconomic factors
  • Upholds and demonstrates Leadership values
  • Creative, innovative thinker able to translate growth plans into proven business executable growth opportunities
