Client Solutions Analyst at Aon Impact Forecasting

This role is part of Aon Impact Forecasting team, a team of scientists, developers and client services colleagues together developing and supporting catastrophe models for various perils including flood, windstorm, earthquake, wildfire or terrorism.

We are looking for a person to join our Client Solutions team! We seek an enthusiastic person skilled in data analysis to help us support catastrophe modelling and model development community as part of one of the biggest reinsurance brokers globally.

What the day will look like

  • Process exposure data and run them through our proprietary loss modelling platform, analyse and communicate results
  • Receive, investigate and process support requests, bring up with other teams as needed
  • Analyse catastrophe model data for model validation
  • Prepare training materials, onboard and educate users
  • Close collaboration with all other Impact Forecasting teams

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL Server)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, fluent English, other languages are welcomed
  • Previous catastrophe modelling or financial modelling experience is most welcome
  • Curious and technical mindset, desire to learn new technologies and skills
