What the mahi will look like
As an Intermediate Data Business Analyst, you will provide insights that will support commercial business decisions by consolidating data from various sources. You will contribute, lead and present data to stakeholders using impactful insights.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Utilise data, research and analytical techniques to form a convincing narrative and make recommendations to business needs
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders, translate technical data to business terms and conduct research from data resources
- Dashboard and report creation, as well as utilising workflow management systems
Skills and experience that will lead to success
You will have worked in a business analyst role for a minimum of 2 years with a focus on data, alongside analysis of sales or financial experience which will set you apart.
A few key areas we are looking for:
- Ability to provide actionable insights using trend and insight analysis
- Experience running requirement workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Experience in tools SQL, PowerBI and Excel
- Predictive and data modelling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
