The Opportunity
Focus on performing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for significant deals within assigned accounts, while also addressing customer challenges
Responsibilities
- Effectively handle strategic clients in managing claim servicing, analyzing claim health risk and provide wellbeing solution
- Demonstrate leadership values and act as a role model of the Aon Impact Model and its pillars of Client Value, Teams, Innovation and Results
- Ensure proper claims services, management, handling and all claims related matters to meet and align with the KPI/SLA of TAT
- Claims supervisory, Monitoring, Reporting, Management, Administration & Adjudication and other claims related service deliverables:
- Claims Acknowledgement, receive and notify the client and insurance provider, Advice client / employees and HR teams on documents, to support claims, checking, reviewing, analyzing & ensuring the accuracy of benefits vs payable claims, monitor claims turnaround time and settlement, Review claims report provided by the insurance provider, Present and provide periodic claims report to client’s HR team, Vendor effectiveness review & escalations, Review and monitor SLA
- Monitor the excess claims management & ASO balance management, ensure that the excess claims & ASO balance are checked properly and accurately
- Evaluate claims report for designated client and perform health analysis to recommend wellbeing solutions
- Provide medical advisory to Health Solutions teamSkills and experience that will lead to success
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
