What the day will look like

  • Developing work simulation, situational judgment questionnaires or others similar assessments. 
  • Conducting competency-based assessments (including but not limited to interviews, assessment centres, business simulation exercises) and writing reports based on the candidates performance
  • Interpreting or training clients to interpret psychometric assessment results/reports as well as output of statistical analyses
  • Designing, implementing, and analysing the results of construct, criterion-related, content, and synthetic validity studies.
  • Independently manage clients from initial scoping to project delivery by engaging with multiple stakeholders, managing key client relationships, and engaging in regular discussions with clients on deliverables. Coordinate with colleagues globally to ensure client needs are met effectively. ·
  • Conducting literature reviews and developing thought leadership on cutting-edge assessment practices and research findings
  • Managing and/or guiding junior colleagues in building technical expertise in the area of talent assessments and client management capabilities
  • Competencies 
  • Develops own and the team’s expertise to effectively meet client needs by problem solving distinctive solutions
  • Promotes opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvement and revenue generation
  • Understands and implements best practice in assessments 
  • Produces quality work and strives for excellence in all responsibilities; is always respectful and trustworthy; is trusting of others

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or Human Resource from a renowned university with a working understanding of current assessment methods, principles, guidelines and statistics.
  • With 8-10 Years of relevant work experience with experience conducting assessments for internal/external stakeholders
  • Some previous consulting experience in the space of Talent Assessments will be an added advantage.
  • Working understanding of assessment methodology and how to conduct competency-based assessments/deliver assessment feedback
  • Good understanding of the industry & awareness of the consulting business
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SPSS or any similar statistical analysis package
