Senior Analyst - Business Operations

What the day will look like

 

Finance Operations and Reporting:

  • Responsible for Processing Invoices for all businesses in TS Singapore
  • Support PMs to enter sales in Sales tracking system
  • Support Project Managers (PMs) on operations related issues
  • Support PMs to make collections to follow-up the payments from clients, Intercompany Aon offices
  • Support PMs to secure all required documentations for revenue recognition
  • Support PMs to track billable expenses on the Project and invoice them
  • Ensure documentation guidelines on Aon Revenue Recognition Principle is adhered to
  • Be the custodian of all documentations related to Client contracting and invoicing
  • Responsible for reporting from all financial systems on revenue, invoicing and time recording
  • Co-ordination between solution lines across Talent Solutions for efficient financial reporting and forecasting
  • Custodian of sales and revenue for Talent Solutions in the market
  • Liase with finance and consulting to drive key metrics thus having an impact on the P&L
  • Drive operational efficiency in Talent Solutions via systems and processes
  • Revenue budgeting analysis and coordination

 

Sales Operations and Reporting:

  • Management Information – dashboard and reporting (consolidation from CRM system and billing system/financial systems) including legacy analysis and go-forward metrics
  • Monthly H&B OpCo reporting requirements and Finance forecasting requirements
  • Data consolidation into PowerPoint for presentations
  • Regional CRM system advocate
  • Ad-Hoc reporting (quarterly/monthly business review)

 

Projects:

  • Operational Process per country documented, reviewed, and consolidated, identifying potential process improvements
  • Key Initiatives including OpCo and regional sales requirements
  • Project implementation and designing operational and system transition

 

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • With experience in business operations
  • Prior experience with managing large datasets, identifying trends and generating insights
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Organization skills and detail oriented. Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus), Powerpoint and Word
  • Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills
  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English.
