Role Overview:
- Manages the renewal process with existing clients, including developing the renewal strategy, negotiating the product, rates and benefits mix.
- Develops reporting strategies and presentation materials that thoroughly represent Aon’s services and value proposition to the client.
- Serves as a spokesperson for all departments of the company as needed to position most effectively to retain business, expand products offerings and/or create additional business opportunities.
- Strengthens the organization’s relationship with clients by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entry level for Management Trainee / Management Associate or Client Facing Roles
- Interacts courteously, attentively and confidently with internal colleagues and external clients, primarily to exchange information of a service nature.
- Under frequent review of process and results, receives instructions and follows clearly defined procedures.
- Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience
- Has advanced skills in technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area).
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- 5+ years of insurance experience generally.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
