Treasury Analyst
The Analyst-Treasury is primarily responsible for: trade execution, reporting activities and foreign exchange regulations. This position will perform Financial Risk Management activities in line with the strategic objectives established by senior management to mitigate Aon’s changing global risk profile. High motivation, astute attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required for this role. Knowledge and experience in the following disciplines is preferred: derivatives pricing, foreign exchange and capital markets, operations, accounting and tax. The Analyst-Treasury reports to the Manager, Financial Risk Management.

What the day will look like and major job duties
- Derivative execution, reporting and reconciliation
- Management of Aon’s qualified and non-qualified hedge programs
- Bank relationship management including working directly with traders to negotiate prices and build relationships
- Derivative Counterparty Management including MTM exposures
- Provide monitoring and shadowing services for FX transactions in cash pool
- Manage FX trading regulations according to EMIR and Dodd-Frank guidelines
- Rate reconciliation
- Provide regular ad-hoc reporting
- Work directly with other Treasury and Finance departments on a daily basis
- Special projects as assigned
- Provide general support including Kryiba analysis and assisting with projects for Senior Management
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree required with a strong preference for a B.S. or B.A in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in trading foreign exchange and interest rate securities, and operations
- English B2/C1 required
- Familiarity with accounting and tax disciplines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Proficiency; Intermediate experience with VBA and ODBC/SQL query architecture
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven communication and leadership skills
- Back office/derivative settlement and Kyriba system experience helpful
