Shift Timings- 6:30pm-2:30am and 1:30pm-9:30pm (as per business requirements)

INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS
GCC (Global Contact Center) is a global team focused around assisting contact centers within our organization and helping them to thrive and build strong performance through advisory, consultancy and support services, for instance: Workforce Management, Quality and Data Analytics.
Our Data Analytics Team helps other departments – in particular contact centers - through building reporting suites using existing data sets as well as setting new reporting pipelines to present them with accurate and most up to date data available. We also provide insightful analytics back to the business – advising how to improve or where to invest to achieve better results for our clients.
Requirements:
- High data literacy skills with the ability to understand data limitations, improve data quality and provide key insights
- Ability to draw conclusions from available data, logical thinking
- Teamwork – data analytics requires collaboration with other teams to provide best possible analytical solutions & product solutions to clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-organized, effective in managing your own time
Additional advantageous skills and experience:
- Contact center background and experience
- Technical knowledge of SQL and Power BI visualization tool
- Problem Solving attitude
- Experience in Nice In-Contact and Snowflake solutions
What the day will look like:
You will maintain and develop Power BI reports, help analyzing them, continuously improve and resolve any issues with reports if those happen.
- Analyze contact center data sets, including volumes, handle times and many more.
- Prepare internal stakeholder and client-facing reports, get them automated, scheduled and released to different audiences
- Develop Power BI dashboards using multiple different data sources, e.g. SQL databases, Excel tables, SharePoint folders etc.
- Meet with stakeholders and other teams to review our reports, add improvements and consult SME’s for further insights.
- Make sure the data is correct, refreshed and available to report out to the consumers.
- Fix any ongoing issues and manage report accesses, so that everyone gets the data they need and when they need it.
