What the day will look like 

  • Execute and deliver Line 2 Assurance activities across different business areas
  • Conduct reviews to evaluate compliance, risk and operational process
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations
  • Follow-up on identified issues to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights
  • Engage in a range of assurance activities across different areas in the business

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Prior experience in compliance, assurance, audit or risk management
  • Experience in insurance industry and/or financial services sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to follow-up on issues and ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
