About Aon Client Coordinator team Sweden
We are 20 Client Coordinators based in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The team has great client focus, high commitment, responsibility, and openness in the work environment.
The Client Coordinators main task and role is to manage our existing clients with daily service and act as the clients’ firs point of contact.
The Team is working within two business segments, Corporate and Multinational, handling Swedish clients as well as Swedish clients with international representation. We are team-oriented working with colleagues in other Aon roles in client teams and also, for the international clients, working with our Aon colleagues in other countries.
What the day will look like
As an Associate Client Service Advisor, you will be working as part of the wider Client Coordinator team to contribute to delivering high quality client services.
Main tasks will include:
- Collaborating with colleagues across Aon (other roles and functions)
- Communicating with clients and insurers
- Supporting client owner in the renewal process
- Participate and document client meetings
- Quality assurance of client related documents, such as insurance policies, summaries, invoices
- Revenue booking/invoicing
- General and ongoing administration (preparing client folders, summaries, preparing material, follow up etc.)
- Global coordination with other Aon countries
- Maintaining and work in supporting systems, client facing as well as internal

You will get a good insight into several insurance areas as the Associate Client Service Advisor handle all insurance areas that client have assigned to Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Third level degree
- Proficient in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- A genuine interest in understanding our clients’ businesses and helping them to thrive
- Meticulous attention to details
- Enthusiasm and energy for the job, strong work-ethic, self-starter who is comfortable working on their own initiative and working as part of a team
- Ability to operate under pressure and handle deadlines
- Numeracy and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Valuable experience is advanced Excel, (pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas) as well as experience in Power BI (creating and managing reports and dashboards).
- Comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels within an organization
- Exercise high levels of discretion in relation to client information – respect for confidentiality requirements
