Pensions Administrator Entry
Overview
As Pensions Administrator Entry you'll make sure that retired people in Ireland receive their pensions. You’ll help people enroll in pension schemes, help them keep track of the value of their accumulated capital and administer their investment choices and personal data throughout their lifetime. Our office is located in Cracow and this is a 50/50 hybrid role.

What the day will look like
- Administration of Pension Schemes for various Ireland clients.
- Involvement in process improvement, transition and stabilization projects.
- Co-operation with the Ireland Client Team and IT Support Team
- Provision of day-to-day administration and support on all work activities and processes related to servicing clients’ requests according to agreed procedures
- Quality control, risks and escalations, dealing with audit results
- Propose and initiate improvement changes and solutions
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Very good English – B2+ minimum - because you’ll be working closely with colleagues from Ireland
- Analytical skills – you can combine different sets of data to work out what’s happening
- Excel skills – intermediate level
- Good time management – which allows you to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines even under time pressure
- Adaptability – you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals
- Team work – we believe that individuals achieve better personal and business results by working together and sharing experiences
