Junior Intercompany Analyst
Aon Centre of Excellence is seeking a Junior Intercompany Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Tower Team. This role involves close collaboration with onshore local finance teams and other finance partners. The primary responsibility of the Intercompany Tower Team is to work with all Aon countries to minimize intercompany out-of-balances and provide support in various intercompany matters. Additionally, the team is responsible for distributing multiply reports and issuing invoices, primarily related to transfer pricing.

What the day will look like
- Conduct intra-group reporting and analytics
- Coordinate the resolution of intercompany accounting discrepancies
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Ensure transactions comply with corporate policies and statutory regulations
- Support the migration of accounting processes from other countries
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Test new systems, policies, and tools
- Drive process standardization and automation
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or in the final year of study)
- Minimum of 1 year of proven operational experience in an accounting function
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level or higher
- Experience in a multinational shared services environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Workday Finance is an asset
- Impeccable record and strong ethical standards
