Junior Assistant

Life is full of risks, from unexpected hurricanes to earthquakes, terrorism to cybercrime, always ending up with financial impacts. They can't be controlled but can be managed. Join Aon to help our clients manage these risks in the world of reinsurance.

What the day will look like:

  • Administrative and organizational tasks related to daily business
  • Coordinating and arranging company meetings, social events
  • Assistance with visa related issues and travel arrangements
  • Preparation of expense forms
  • Restaurant, taxi and accommodation bookings
  • Outlook calendar management including daily creating, handling and sharing custom views, calls and meetings settings

All will be done in close cooperation with Executive Assistant of EMEA CEO, which gives you a great opportunity to learn from experienced and professional colleague who is always willing to help!

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Work experience in administration
  • Excellent communication skills in English (at the least intermediate Czech comes handy)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly organized, with multi-tasking skills, attention to detail
  • Professional behavior, willingness to help, Positive approach to work
