Role Overview
- 依照法規執行一般查核與專案查核，確保公司內部控制制度的適當性與有效性，並符合主管機關要求。
- 查核招攬事務，確保業務運作符合法規與公司內部規範。
- 審查內部控制制度運作，確保內控措施符合金融監督管理委員會規範。
- 配合主管機關檢查，負責與金管會或其他監管機構聯繫，並提供相關資料與協助檢查。
- 監督內部稽核報告管理，確保內部稽核報告內容符合規範，並適時向董事會或監事會報告。
- 其他法令規定及主管交辦事項
Qualification：
- 具有下列任一資格:
- 具有保險代理人、保險經紀人資格並實際執行保險代理人、保險經紀人工作二年以上者。
- 具有五年以上之保險代理人公司、保險經紀人公司、保險業相關監理經驗者。
- 大專院校畢業、高等考試或相當於高等考試、國際內部稽核師之考試 及格，並具有二年以上保險代理人公司、保險經紀人公司、保險業或 其他金融相關業務經驗者。
- 具有五年以上之保險代理人公司、保險經紀人公司、保險業相關經驗者。
- 曾任會計師事務所查帳員、電腦公司系統分析師等專業人員二年以上經驗，經施以三個月以上之保險代理人公司、保險經紀人公司保險業務及管理訓練者。
- 具內部稽核相關證照（如CIA、CISA、金融內控內稽證照）尤佳。
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 熟悉保險經紀人公司業務及相關法規。
- 具備風險評估與內部控制知識，熟悉稽核作業流程。
- 具備良好溝通協調能力，能有效與內部單位及主管機關對接。
- 具備職業道德，並遵循誠信原則，不得洩漏資訊或從事不當行為（依據保險代理人及經紀人管理規則第15條）。
