What the day will look like:

  • Maintain and enhance the “Auto Renewals” application written in .net.
  • Add new products to Auto Renew as required.
  • Participate as a member of a distributed team across Asia, Pacific and Europe

Development Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of a distributed team across Asia, Pacific and Europe
  • Analysing system requirements
  • Developing technical specifications.
  • Writing scalable and performant code for .NET including Web API(s).
  • Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.
  • Deploying functional Api(s), programs, and applications in conjunction with our DevOps team.
  • Drafting software and application operating procedures.
  • Serving as level 3 escalation for production issues.

Governance & Delivery

  • Comply with the APAC and Global PMO processes and security standards as directed.
  • Work with GSS on any penetration testing.

Skills that would lead to success:

Knowledge

  • High-level coding skills in .Net C#
  • Recent Experience building .net applications and REST services
  • Recent experience deploying to Azure is desirable.

  • Excellent abstract problem solving and vision
  • Innovative thinking
  • Good communication both written and oral English across multiple constituencies.
  • Empathy

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 10+ years demonstrated IT experience
  • 5+ years Integration experience including messaging and event notifications
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
  • Experience with Bitbucket, GitHub
  • Experience with Azure
  • Evidence of being a successful influencer across different teams and cultures.
  • Experience of working on risk and risk related problems with different client segments (desirable)
