What the day will look like

As the Head of Global Benefits (GB) Latin America (LATAM), you will coordinate global and regional benefits and retirement/pension programs in the region, including the development and implementation of innovative, high value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise for our multinational clients.

You will drive sustainable growth of the Global Benefits portfolio in the region by:

  • Developing a compelling GB strategy for companies in Latin America, adapting the global guidelines and adjusting to the primarily “exporting” nature of multi-latina companies.
  • Supervising the performance of the LATAM Global Benefits portfolio, including total revenue and drivers of Operating Income, in partnership with GB around the world and our Human Capital and GB leadership in -country.
  • Ensure GB teams in- country, across LATAM, are properly trained to follow and execute with discipline Aon’s GB operating model.
  • In alignment with the strategy of the Multinational Client segment, establish strategic priorities that allow geographies to meet their financial and sales objectives.
  • Works with the ABS organization to optimize our client delivery through efficient process and the appropriate use of our technology infrastructure.
  • Proactively builds strategic external partnerships and brings to bear relationships to fulfil client needs.
  • Lead and coordinate across the region Global Benefits RFPs as well as implementing new clients with the support of local teams, coordination team and ABS.
  • Lead the Multinational Clients coordination team for Human Capital clients.
  • Liaise with Multinational Desks and AGCN LATAM to collaborate in new sales, cross selling and client expansion.

How this opportunity is different

In partnership with the Enterprise Client Group, the Multinational Client segment leadership within the Commercial Office (across all countries) and the Human Capital team, you will drive the expansion of our multinational client base as well as build other sales opportunities to support profitable growth of our revenue base in LATAM and globally.

As a region lead for GB, this role will report into the Head of Human Capital, Latin America, to the Head of the Multinational Client segment, and to our Global Head of Global Benefits, and participate in all three executive leadership teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience in international benefits, HR consulting, professional services and/or experience in the (Global) insurance market/employee benefits insurance market.
  • Expertise and knowledge about wellbeing, DE&I and ESG.
  • Experience with multinational pooling, global underwriting, and EB captives, is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Availability to travel.
