Talent Acquisition Business Partner (IT/non-IT roles) fixed-term contract

Job Description

As a TA Business Partner your challenge will be to partner with business leaders and colleagues to establish and implement strategies that attract, retain and develop the talent needed for our continued improvement and growth. Your success will depend on your ability to deeply understand business functions and the ability to translate functional plans and goals into the TA strategy needed to achieve results while controlling costs.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office (50/50). This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

What the day will look like

In this role you'll work closely with our in-house team of recruiters, HR colleagues and business partners. This role is crucial to connecting business needs to the day-to-day operations of the TA team:

  • Partner with HR, business leaders and hiring managers to devise and implement talent acquisition solutions that fulfil the recruitment needs of business operations
  • Handle the full cycle of recruiting on technical and non-technical roles
  • Gather and analyse data on recruitment and stakeholder satisfaction to drive improvements to recruitment processes
  • Impact the development of TA colleagues and hiring managers by devising development programs which deepen their know-how, as well as their readiness to comply to established processes and regulations
  • Use your relationships with suppliers and agencies to improve the quality and reduce the costs of third party services
  • Take advantage of your sourcing skills to sources candidates for selected roles.
  • Continuously review of all sourcing tools and methods to ensure full usage and analyse effectiveness to drive further cost savings.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to TA colleagues, ensuring that team members improve their ability to impact team results.
  • Be an active brand ambassador through use of social media, branding collateral and tools to promote our recruitment marketing strategy to attract talent. Promote Aon careers and open opportunities in internal & external events
  • Participation in external TA and market related conferences, either virtually or in person and ensure knowledge share on key takeaways and standard process.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech related roles, with 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Deep understanding of the Polish local job market, including knowledge of local industry trends and talent pools
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing best practice recruitment / sourcing solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Technology Recruitment market
  • Fluent English and Polish – you need to be at least C1 on the CEFR scale
  • Strong focus on results when working on projects and service delivery
  • Ability to advise and influence business partners
