Human Resources Officer, People Operations
The Role:
- Provides administrative support to human resources function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, medical / statutory form submission and others).
- Provide support in daily tasks including HRIS data input, payroll process, personnel file management, employee benefits management and leave management
- Collect documentation for payroll, tax, pension and other related documentation for payroll processing.
- Document and maintain end to end processes for all WFA procedures.
- Provide support in HR documents/letters preparation
- Support in work visa application, track and renewal when is due. Provide advisory on work visa process and requirements information.
- To maintain a good and professional working cooperation within internal and external relations with priority on client satisfaction.
- Be responsible for the in-country / global People Operations activities in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations.
- Support and assist with adhoc administration work / HR project(s) assigned from time to time.
