What the day will look like
In this role, you will help support the team’s activities for our Private Equity clients’ portfolio companies. Working with other team members, you will assist with the execution of strategy and completion of special projects related to M&A activities. A typical day will include analyzing benefits, participating in client meetings, responding to client inquiries, and overall project management responsibilities.

- Help support day-to-day client activities
- Build relationships with clients and vendors
- Assist with client and vendor questions
- Support drafting of client presentations, including benefit charts
- Manage the client team shared drive folders
- Create detailed benchmarking reports
- Participate on client calls and maintain up-to-date client activity logs
- Attend client meetings; travel may be required
- Manage the Form 5500 process
- Initiate, coordinate, and track responses to marketing efforts
- Assist with implementations of benefit plans
- Coordinate with the financial team and Aon subject matter experts, as appropriate
Required Experience/Skills
- High-level understanding of the healthcare marketplace with a minimum of one year’s experience in Health and Benefits and/or experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm
- Proficiency across the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective project management skills
- Strong communication/presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to self/peer review deliverables with a high degree of accuracy

- Bachelor's Degree

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $68,900 .00 to $114,800.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York City. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
