Ukraine Graduate Programme - Claims Process Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Claims Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, supervision, and control of the claims process. This role involves daily oversight of the claims teams in different locations, as well as collaboration with repair centres in Lithuania, Latvia, Nordics and other European countries.
The Claims Process Specialist will monitor and control KPIs, update and adjust processes, and provide recommendations and consultations to the Underwriter/Product team regarding terms and conditions and the sales process from the claims administration perspective.
This role will be initially based in our Vilnius, Lithuania offices, working remotely with our Ukrainian clients.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation, supervision, and control of the claims process.
- Oversee the daily work of the claims teams.
- Collaborate with repair centres in Lithuania, Latvia, Nordic countries and other European countries, monitoring their KPIs, updating, and adjusting processes as needed.
- Formulate needs and provide consultations to the IT department for tool improvements from the claims administration perspective.
- Test changes in IT tools and provide feedback.
- Provide recommendations and consultations to the Underwriter/Product team regarding terms and conditions and the sales process from the claims administration perspective.

We offer the opportunity to work with a variety of roles Motor or Property insurance broking, property claims handing, client management and specialist project roles in marketing, site management, etc.
Start date – 1st June 2025
Your Development
As a new employee you will be invited to an initial induction on day one and to some initial role related training within a few weeks of your start date.
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our 10-month Launch Programme, which starts in Sept 2025. This development programme is built around three core elements:
- Business learning – on the job learning and experiences giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the team and solution line you have joined.
- Technical training – we will guild you on the basic principles of our industry via some initial training on what we do and how we do it.
- Centralised learning - graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to help you develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience in claims process management or willingness to gain such.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in monitoring and controlling KPIs.
Candidate profile
- Preference for undergraduates the in Finance, Management, Economics, Insurance, Engineering and/or Banking subject areas, but we will consider students of any subject area.
- (We will also consider candidates where their studies in Ukraine were interrupted.)
- Fluent/Native in Ukrainian and understanding of Ukrainian culture
- Business English – ideally C1 (‘Proficient User’) Level of CEFR.
- Working knowledge of Lithuanian
- Ability to be initially based in Vilius, Lithuania, and, when safe to do so, in our Kyiv office in Ukraine.
