What the day will look like
Lead the commercial growth strategy of the segments under his responsibility, ensuring the different types of income to the company (New New, New Additional), as well as the profitability of the same, aligned with Aon United. Identify trends and emerging demands, challenging industry needs, bringing value propositions linked to customer experience in function of the growth potential in the market.
- To lead the commercial strategy of the segment, guaranteeing the entry of new business for the company.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities in the corporate segment, with full responsibility for converting those prospects into clients.
- Develop new business opportunities by demonstrating knowledge of risk, insurance, consulting expertise and ability to help take on client problems in the design and administration of benefits.
- Independently lead and ensure a smooth transition of “new” accounts and collaboration with the brokerage and account management team to deliver distinctive values to clients.
- Management via CRM commercial platform - Aon Connect (Alignment and management with defined profile /
- Commercial Visit Upload - SDR / Opportunity Upload / Opportunity Maturity - Commercial Discipline /
Updating prospect and opportunity information / Commercial Assertiveness - Closed-Won Forecast Closing
- Request Commercial Executive via Aon Connect for support in handling appointments with prospects or clients
- Record and update information of the commercial management performed to the prospect, such as temperature update, probability of success and other values vital for the analysis of the opportunity.
- P&G construction of new business.
- Request to the Pac Team area the management of the specialized proposal, by e-mail. Ensuring that all prospect information is already handled within Aon Connect.
- Independently handle bid and proposal responses, develop quality submissions as required, working with relevant bid and/or proposal management in countries and regions.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to the team, where applicable.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 8 years of experience in commercial areas in the Insurance industry
- Communication skills to deliver compelling messages at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategy and building industry verticals/communities
- Experience in building long term and service oriented relationships with clients
- Deep understanding and knowledge of client business and risk management.
- Strong understanding of insurance sales channels and deep knowledge of sub-region insurance trends and development.
- Proficiency and knowledge about the product set of each vertical
- Sophisticated English
