What the day will look like

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Create engaging, instructional materials including e-learning modules, live training sessions, videos, help articles, and user guides. Apply instructional design best practices to ensure clarity and effectiveness across various learning formats
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) -Work cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders to validate learning objectives, ensure technical accuracy, and incorporate feedback into content development
  • Manage Content Creation and Maintenance- Oversee the end-to-end curriculum development process—from analysis and design to implementation and evaluation—ensuring training materials are consistently updated, accurate, and aligned with business priorities
  • Leverage Data and Analytics for Strategy—Monitor usage metrics and client and colleague feedback loops to assess content performance. Use insights to propose content improvements, expansion strategies, and feature enhancements that drive engagement and learning outcomes
  • Drive Editorial Excellence and Content Quality -Establish content quality standards and auditing practices. Lead efforts to harmonize editorial systems and ensure consistency across all learning platforms and delivery methods
  • Enhance Global Learning Reach-Localize and scale content to support global markets and platforms, collaborating with global teams to ensure regional relevancy and parity
  • Coordinate with Product and Technical Teams- Align educational content with product updates, partnering with technical writers and development teams to synchronize communication and maintain consistent tone and messaging
  • Support AI and Innovation in Content Delivery
  • Facilitate Learning Events and Community Engagement -Plan, deliver, and participate in virtual and in-person training events, conferences, and creator education initiatives to expand outreach and reinforce learning objectives
  • Champion Continuous Improvement and Client Success
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, identify learning gaps and user needs, and proactively implement innovative solutions that enhance customer enablement and partner success.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

The ideal Risk Analytics L&D Content Creator will have:

  • Few years of recent experience with content authoring tools, graphic design knowledge, and audio/video editing
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Experience in designing, and facilitating training programs using Learning Management System (LMS) and Measurement Tools (Workday)
  • Fundamental understanding of editing tools such as Articulate Rise (may be some others that are similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and independent judgment to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
