  • Drive complex business / operational problems solving through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions
  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities in technology, operations, and corporate functions

  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members involved in transformational projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered with measurable impact
  • Work collaboratively to navigate organizational shifts and secure leadership and stakeholder buy-in at all levels
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm  
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation vision that integrates technology, operations, and functional advancements.
  • Prior experience with leading management consulting firms will be a plus
  • Ability to roll up the sleeves and do the work as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Quantitative & qualitative analysis in solving complex organization problems (e.g., operating model design)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate senior leaders and cross-functional teams
