We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellbeing Director to collaborate with large regional clients and prospects across the APAC region. This pivotal role involves supporting comprehensive human capital solutions that intersect with wellbeing and spearheading fee-based wellbeing projects. As a strategic thinker, you will drive ownership of comprehensive wellbeing initiatives, generate significant revenue growth, and position Aon as the foremost authority on employee wellbeing in the market. Your focus will be on enhancing wellbeing capabilities and propositions, thereby contributing to the overall success and productivity of our clients.

What the day will look like

  • Strategic Client Collaboration: Partner with large regional clients and prospects to support comprehensive human capital solutions that connect with wellbeing and engage in wellbeing fee-based projects. This involves understanding complex client needs, developing specific wellbeing solutions, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The goal is to enhance human capital by improving employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Leadership in Wellbeing Initiatives: Drive ownership of comprehensive wellbeing initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes through connected wellbeing, demonstrating advisory capabilities and extensive data and analytics. This includes designing and implementing innovative wellbeing programs that align with strategic business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity, generating substantial revenue growth across multiple countries.
  • Market Leadership and Promotion: Actively promote Aon as the leading employee wellbeing voice in the market through advanced research, proposition development, high-profile speaking engagements, and support of sophisticated marketing campaigns. This involves staying at the forefront of industry trends, conducting in-depth market research, and developing influential thought leadership content that emphasizes the importance of human capital.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior internal and external collaborators to build robust relationships and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact wellbeing projects. This includes collaborating closely with Aon client leadership colleagues to highlight the strategic value of wellbeing.
  • Advanced Performance Monitoring: Oversee the performance of wellbeing initiatives and provide regular updates to executive collaborators. This involves conducting comprehensive data analysis, generating detailed reports, and making strategic data-driven recommendations that clearly connect employee wellbeing with performance outcomes. The goal is to ensure continuous improvement in both employee wellbeing and overall organizational engagement and productivity.
  • Mentoring, Coaching, and Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by mentoring and coaching team members. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall capabilities of the team and ensure the successful implementation of wellbeing initiatives that improve human capital.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven extensive experience in wellbeing consulting or a related field such as healthcare consulting.
  • Experience in managing large-scale, high-impact wellbeing projects and working with diverse, high-profile client portfolios is essential.
  • Strong understanding of wellbeing initiatives and their strategic impact on business outcomes.
  • Expertise in the latest trends and best practices in employee wellbeing and human capital is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple senior stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving significant revenue growth and market presence.
  • Ability to develop and execute visionary strategic plans that align with overarching business goals and enhance human capital.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Informatics, Psychology, or Medical Sciences) is preferred. A master's degree or higher is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in health and wellbeing, human capital management, or project management (e.g., Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the APAC region and its diverse cultures. Experience working in a multinational organization is a significant plus.
