We are looking for an Account Executive - Client Services & Operations Team in Reinsurance Solutions.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk as a member of the Reinsurance team in the İstanbul office.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 1 years of Elementary Insurance experience ( especially marine products)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional

 

Job Description

  • Checking the transactions, calculations and documents transmitted to the operation unit by the placement unit, completing the missing documents by reporting to the relevant parties and recording the contracts in the operational system and documenting key documents systematically in the document management system
  • Preparing cover notes, debit notes and credit notes related to the completed placements and reporting them to related partiesFollowing and managing all supporting processes relating to placement and client operations, working closely with the finance team

  • Ensuring that the department is in line with the targeted internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that all transactions that meet the internal audit and compliance requirements are carried out in the operation processes
