We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Analyst to support the execution of strategic commercial initiatives across our human capital, with a focus on the health solutions business. This role will play a critical part in enabling sales effectiveness, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving data-informed decision-making across the region. 

You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams. 

What the day will look like

  • Support the CCO with strategic planning, commercial reporting, and execution of key growth and sales initiatives across APAC.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness across health solutions in APAC. 
  • Working with sales teams assist in execution and tracking of client pursuits and sprints across Health Solutions for ECG, industry, segments.    
  • Partner with sales leaders and marketers to support lead generation, oversee leads management process, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. 
  • Support execution of marketing plans across Sponsorships, Conferences and Memberships and develop business cases for new opportunities. 
  • Help prioritize and track progress against for sales effectiveness activities, business development and marketing plans.
  • Develop actionable insights and dashboards using internal and external data sources to inform sales strategies and market prioritization.
  • Drive the coordination of the APAC Commerical council, preparation of materials and follow up activity 
  • Coordinate and manage reporting cadence for commercial leadership (monthly reviews, growth updates)
  • Facilitate the development, delivery and accessibility for sales enablement tools and materials to assist sales team and colleagues to deliver the Health Solutions value proposition.     
  • Coordination and delivery of sales training programs and HC/HS proposition sessions to sales colleagues  

Whitespace

  • Drive whitespace and cross-sell analysis across clients and prospects using segmentation models and revenue data.
  • Use external market insights, where possible working with Growth Ops, to spot gaps where solutions can be introduced
  • Track trends in client behavior to anticipate future whitespace areas.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a strategy, business analytics, commercial operations, or consulting (ideally within B2B services, insurance, or HR tech).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with sales analytics platforms or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to translate data into insights and communicate clearly with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience in project management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious attitude.
  • Strong business acumen and interest in human capital, benefits, and digital transformation.
