Locations: Hybrid in our New York or Chicago office 3 days per week.

How this opportunity is different
Our work consists of working with the global industry vertical team for insurance companies, and developing and executing a regional strategy for collaboration and growth with this industry of clients. This is a US Insurance Vertical Regional Leader in the Reinsurance Solutions Line!
What the Day will look like:
- Own the client planning process for insurance companies in the US, across all segments.
- Host relevant events, in conjunciton with the segment leaders in the US.
- Work with local ACLs and ECLs to drive our strategy with larger clients and ensure coordination and consistency and support Aon United training globally and/or regionally
- Contribute to value proposition development for key client segments addressing their strategic priorities
- Connect key client stakeholders and Aon teams on new opportunities and work with the global team and reinsurance executives, particularly on globally managed clients and support global initiatives
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- 10 + years related experience in (re)insurance, ideally including underwriting, product development, and strategy development experience in the US Regional insurance market
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to interact with major clients
- Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients
- Entrepreneurial attitude with high level of accountability for profitability
- Excellent organization and time management skills; able to multi-task and manage projects and direct reports
- Ability to drive team(s) to deliver the highest in client service, quality and results
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or equivalent experience in insurance or reinsurance

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
