What the day will look like

  • Manage a group of treaty clients, handle the account for renewal and day-to-day service
  • Manage client communication to understand client needs and develop into business opportunities
  • Reinsurers’ carrier management and placement
  • Organise client functions and other activities to prompt Aon and team
  • Internal stakeholder management, effectively build a client service team
  • Supervise junior team members for training and development

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, of which minimum 5 years in the re-insurance industry
  • Good knowledge and understanding of treaty reinsurance, broking skills a plus
  • Ability to independently deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organization skills and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor Degree or higher, quantitative majors or commerce majors a plus
  • Holders of Actuarial, Law, Re/Insurance professional qualification(s) a plus
